This Hemphill Co TX Ranch will be offered as one tract in a Live Land Auction on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 1:00 pm CST in Canadian, Texas. Lunch will be served at 12:00 pm noon to Registered Bidders.

This flat to rolling native grass Ranch is divided into 15 pastures. There is a ranch house located in the central part of the ranch. Thirteen windmills and three submersible wells provide water for the Ranch. There are two sets on gathering/shipping pens. A hay barn is located at the pens on the west side.

This Ranch is located east of Canadian, Texas just past Lake Marvin.
